A Creamy Mushroom Pie is a savory, baked dish that features a rich, often indulgent filling of mushrooms cooked in a thick, creamy sauce, all encased within a pastry crust. It's a popular choice for those seeking a comforting and flavorful vegetarian meal.

Ingredients
1 KG Vegetarian Chicken
500 grams Button Mushrooms(Sliced)
300 grams Cabbage (Finely Chopped)
300 grams Carrot (Diced)
300 grams Frozen Corn
300 grams Frozen Green Peas
1 packet of Vegetarian Puff Pastry (12 Sheets)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
White Sauce
800 ML Fresh Milk
300 grams Plain Flour
2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
Preparation
Step 1
Firstly, cook white sauce, bring milk to boil, then add flour mix into milk stir well.
Step 2
Finely chop cabbage , slice mushrooms thinly and dice up vegetarian gluten chicken and carrot.
Step 3
Cook all filling ingredients and then mix with white sauce. Cool down the filling properly before fill pies. ( Preferably prepared one day ahead).
Step 4
Defrost puff pastry and cut out the pie bases and tops. Line pie base in pie dishes. Slowly pour the filling into the pastry-lined pie dishes, Level it off and don't overfill your pies.
Step 5
Place pie top on it and brush with beaten egg . Preheat oven 180゚C. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
